LinkedIn Workshop – April 21

linkedin_workshopThis coming Tuesday, April 21st I will be offering 2 classes on using LinkedIn. Some of the things I will cover include:

  1. Why use LinkedIn?
  2. Benefits and Features of LinkedIn
  3. Navigating LinkedIn
  4. Setting up your profile
  5. Configuring LinkedIn to work for you
  6. Growing and managing your network connections
  7. Requesting and making recommendations
  8. Finding and connecting with people and groups
  9. Using LinkedIn’s job search features

The classes will take place at Patterson-Schwartz’ office located at 7234 Lancaster Pike (about 1/4 of a mile from the church). There will be a morning class starting at 9:15 and an afternoon class starting at 12:30. Each class will run approximately 2.5 hours long.

Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will receive an email confirming your space along with information regarding what you need to do and bring to prepare for the class.
